This dry wine is a truly unique, local product from Turley, NM. Fresh lavender flowers from our neighbor, Lavender on the San Juan, were infused into a blend of various white grapes during fermentation, creating one of the most fun and beautiful glasses of wine you will ever experience. The result is a dry wine with a flavor slightly reminiscent of biscochitos! Botanically colored, delicately balanced, elegant and relaxing; enjoy a glass on its own or paired with a spring salad.
