New Mexico State University and Wines of the San Juan have partnered to preserve and revitalize our New Mexico wine culture by researching cultivars that thrive in our harsh, northern NM climate. Refosco is one of these cultivars; a hardy, northern Italian variety, rarely vinted as a rosé. A portion of the sales of this wine go back into NMSU's Farmington Agriculture Science Center, to fund ongoing viticultural research. Light and dry with a slight effervescence.
